"This dealership is the most unorganized, unprofessional business I have ever had the experience of doing business with. My 2018 Jeep Compass that has over $10k in warranties on it had the starter go out. Upon having it towed to the dealership on 1/18/24, it sat until the following day on 1/19/24 when I received a phone call from Jim stating it was not my starter, but my battery and spark plugs. Upon approving this work being done, as I have no mechanical intelligence and trust these “professionals,” they “replaced” my battery and spark plugs. After this work was done, I got a call from Jim on 1/22/24 stating that they replaced the battery and spark plugs and my car was still not starting, to which they needed to now order a starter. The initial part I brought my car in for and told them about! So now, a week of not having my car, I’m waiting another week and a half before the part was delivered on 1/28/24. They told me it would be about a four hour job and it may be done at the end of the business day. That evening, I arrived at the dealership to inquire on the progress of my car, and to get a receipt proving my initial battery had failed. Jim gave me the receipt, let me know the car would be done by noon on 2/1/24. 11:55 am rolls around on 2/1/24 and Jim calls to tell me they need a couple more hours. 1:55 pm on 2/1/24 Jim tells me that they need about 30 minutes to test drive it on the road and he will call me back for a payment for my battery and spark plugs (starter covered under warranty.) around 2:45 PM, Jim calls back to take my payment and states my car will be delivered to my work soon. 3:15 Pm on 2/1/24, Jim calls back to tell me that Chad, service manager, took my car on the road and is hearing a funny noise but it won’t sound funny if I drive the car in “snow” mode. I immediately told Jim he would not be returning my car that did not come in with noises, back to me with noises. I made it very clear that I am a single woman, I drive my six year old in the backseat daily and if my vehicle is not 100% reliable, I do not want it back. It’s now the morning of 2/2/24, I am still waiting on a returned phone call from the general manager as well as my full REFUND for what they had me pay for when my car isn’t even done! I called Jim again to request the money back and question him about the receipt I received for my battery which stated “good results” - why are you replacing my perfectly good battery? I feel like this dealership is a complete SCAM and I am being SCAMMED. Jim then stated that they never replaced my battery and he apologized and will get with his management to get my refund. However, I have been out of a car for over 3 weeks as a single human, Miss New GM states they are “unable to give rentals because they don’t have enough inventory” yet we live in a town that can ASSURE YOU is not selling 100+ cars per day. I asked for the junkiest one on the lot to have in the mean time and it was a no. This business has not even attempted to rectify this nonsense for their customer who has put THOUSANDS of dollars into their company. It is sickening that I am just a paycheck to their pocket and they could care less about what an inconvenience it has caused to my day to day life. I will never recommend business with this company. Their lack of communication, professionalism, and all around customer service is terrible. As of 2/2/24, I still do not have my car back and still do not have any answers for this unexplainable experience I have had."
"This is a review for the Lighthouse Auto Carwash owned by this dealership. I paid for 2 months of membership, and the car wash was broken each time i tried to use it. No refund, no credit, just a “Sorry” from the owner. Gave it another shot, and my car looks the exact same after spending money on this car wash. Don’t waste your time and money. Some people got refunds or credits back, I got a “sorry.” Disappointed is an understatement."
"I could have gotten an oil change last week but opted to this week to get my brakes checked and replaced if needed. After my oil change, I was told my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced but the parts weren't in stock, even after I previously told them I thought I needed brakes. My main concern was getting the oil change and brakes done in one trip. Also, I have told them in the past about oil and dirt on my steering wheel after they've previously worked on my vehicles. They should take a little pride in making their customers happy."
"Jeff really went out of his way to locate the vehicle I wanted, which at first, was a new 2022 Chevy Equinox. But not just any 2022 Equinox. A Silver Ice Metallic Equinox. This turned out to be an exceptionally tall order, but he came through and found not just 1, but 2 vehicles! Ultimately, I decided to buy a 2023 Equinox that's Sterling Gray Metallic and I'm very happy with it! Jeff is a very honest, sincere person who's very conscientious and works hard to meet his customers' requests. He's very personable and really listens to his customers. Samantha was great to work with, too! Very helpful! She explained the service contract options and all of the paperwork at the time of purchase. They were very patient. No pushy, high-pressure sales. It's a very warm and friendly dealership! They treated me like a friend, not just a customer. That's what sets them apart from other dealerships. I highly recommend them....for both sales and service!"
