"Okay place. Best part is location but very outdated. Like walking into a 80’s hotel. Bathroom needs a major overhaul. Price is cheaper in winter but would never pay summer rate after seeing the inside"

"We stayed one night in off-season. The view was fantastic, the accomodations clean and homey. Perfect for a quick getaway, with downtown Charlevoix a very short and easy stroll away."

"My best friend stayed here this past weekend with her boyfriend. I knew her boyfriend was planning to propose and wanted to surprise them with flowers and champagne. I called the Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received from the manager. She communicated with me throughout the week and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted while they were out of their room."

"Great place close to downtown Charlevoix! All 60 units face Round Lake to varying degrees. 1&2 bedrooms on three floors. We've stayed on all three floors, and the appointments vary with the individual owners. These are pricey but not out-of-line with other places in Charlevoix. If you want the view, the proximity, and the convienience, these units deliver. Pictured is the 3rd floor unit we stayed in."

"On 08/19/2023, we were guests at a venue within the Edgewater Inn. The bathrooms for this venue are close to the inns front desk. After using the mens room, I found I could not soap nor dry my hands. The soap dispenser had soap but would not flow out, and the paper towel dispenser was empty (I used a face tissue to dry my hands). Both of these issues I reported to the very kind young man at the front desk. He said he would fix both soap and paper. Ninety minutes later, I went to wash up at the same restroom, but it was occupied, so I went to the upstairs lobby restroom. This restroom had soap but no paper towels. As I was reporting this to the very nice man from the front desk, a person came down the hall looking for a towel to dry his hands. He also found no towels to dry his hands after using the men's room. The very nice man from the front desk told me he could not find the paper towels to refill the now 2 bathrooms. I am writing this review so the Inn management can address what appears to be an issue with training, supplies, and some type of regular inspection of these areas."
