"What can I say. We had a unit for almost 4 years the place changed names 3 times and the rate went up exponentially each time.... To the point where I was paying 90 $ more than a comparable unit in a nice town . Also when I started they had amenities. A dumpster out back tenants could use if they have excess stuff. They had a moving truck you could use for Free . Now they have NOTHING but price increases.. I'm at a different place NOW nice town all amenities mentioned and for 90$ cheaper.. be smart people go to storage city in Stevensville the owner is not a huge corporation and they don't charge the unnecessary fees for supposed insurance. Oh yes not to mention the annoying process of auto pay on my bill every month It was supposed to come out a certain day but very rare we came out that day was usually a few days after . It was very annoying"

"I have utilized many a storage facility in my time on this green Earth and I have never felt compelled to leave a review before until now. These storage units are great! Easy to access climate controlled units are everything you could ask for to fulfill your storage needs at competitive prices. Only excellent customer service could make a storage experience even better....and look no further than Jamie because she exemplifies that! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my storage needs. I will gladly continue to give this facility my business!"

"It was fast and easy to use. We had an inside climate-controlled unit that I stored my furniture in for 8 months. Everything was safe and sound. They provide carts for easy transport of stuff. Any time I had to get into my unit I had no troubles. We interacted twice with staff - Jamie and Mersaydes were both professional and provided excellent customer service. I will store here again!"

"Moving to Chicago area-- had delay on closing but no problem. StorSmart picked up furnishings and held a few days until new home was available. Moving Crew, headed up by J.P., was exceptional. Careful, responsive, hard working. Lucky to have them!"

"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this moving company in St. Joseph/Benton Harbor, MI. If you are an executive or have an executive move/relocation and/or a very large home, I would highly recommend paying for a superb relocation team to move your items. My card was fraudulently charged. My bank investigated the issue and refunded the funds. A check was then sent from Storsmart. Please double check your moving receipt. The team of movers are/were young 19 year olds who were being paid by the hour, yet played around outside, increasing the cost. I would recommend you do your own packing. This is not a professional moving/packing organization. My very expensive furniture pieces were negligently trashed/shoved into 3 storage bins, everything broken and damaged. Items were taken apart that should have been left together. Legs pulled off of antique goods costing thousands of dollars. During the move I had to pull the Storsmart moving team together regarding the playing in my driveway on moving day and the amount of time being wasted, increasing my cost. The team tried to abandon the job, not taking ownership, instead becoming defensive. The movers also spent an hour waiting to move items into the facility, due to not being able to reach someone at the corporate office, increasing my cost. This is a very small company. Promises made regarding insurance and reimbursement for damages were not honored. Please note that this company doesn't have the financial strength, customer service acumen or integrity to protect your items. My items were so badly damaged, I sadly had to start over. All damaged item photos were sent to my legal team and the bank and payment for moving services were refunded. The price quote given from Storsmart (after having them out to my home multiple times to ensure pricing and correct storage space) changed immensely. I purchased thousands of dollars of material from Uhual at more than half the price. Save yourself the money and package your own stuff, ensuring your items are carefully and appropriately wrapped. Storsmart was highly untrustworthy, reckless and careless. I generally don't write reviews, but the service was so abhorrent, that I felt the need to save someone else the loss. There's not many moving companies in the area, however, do the research and chose a large, recognizable, relocation/moving organization such as Atlas or Mills Van Lines. You will be thankful you did:)!"
