"I'll be honest I was hesitant staying here because of some bad reviews but we gave it a try and it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I'm so impressed with the details. Examples: music in the pool area and the personalized greeting on the TV. Nice full hot breakfast offered every morning. Staff was super friendly. Everytime we would encounter an employee they were very nice. Always saying good morning or hello. We'll for sure be back!!"
"We normally stay on the opposite side of St Joseph..but this Hampton Inn was less expensive so we decided to give it a try this trip. And we are so happy we did! It was clean, extremely friendly staff, the pool was warm and clean. Small, but just big enough to let the kids take a dip and enjoy themselves. We had a 2 queen room and it was larger than a regular room. My brother and his family had a suite and it was open floor plan but HUGE! Breakfast was delicious and filling. The breakfast attendant was so kind! Always smiling and cleaning and filling. Next to the home Depot might be a little strange, but it looks like the area is slowly becoming developed. Doors are very heavy so they do slam shut..but that didn't bother us. Our only downfall was that we are diamond members and didn't receive our drinks and snack at check in. But that's ok. We'll definitely be back!"
"Great friendly staff, extremely clean room and bathroom. Very clean pool area that stayed stocked with towels. Convenient location for our weekend at silver beach. Breakfast was as you’d expect for a hotel breakfast, you know? But not bad by any means, just average as expected. It was a great stay"
