"Placed mobile order, went to speaker. Waited at least 5 minutes, figured speaker was broken. Pulled up to window. Waited at least another 5 minutes, figured they would get to me when they could so I decided I would turn off my car and I closed my eyes for less than a minute, I was just tired… (I wasn’t wanting to go in as I had been rushing out the door to get kids to school and still had PJs on :/). I opened my eyes to a black male employee with long hair at the window looking right at me with his phone out like he was taking a picture of me! I tried to talk to him but he ran off. I called the store where the woman told me “no one took a picture of you”, “he doesn’t even have a phone on him”, “no one has time to be taking pictures”. Basically called me a liar. I KNOW he was at the window and I KNOW he had his phone out pointed at me. I am so humiliated, and makes me cry just thinking about it. All over a dang chicken sandwich. Even though I had already placed my order online, it’s not worth going back to get my food."

"Poor upkeep and customer service. There was a big sticky mess on the floor by the soda fountain drinks and fruit flies all around the empty ketchup pump. We had to beg for enough napkins for the 4 of us and all the tables were very sticky. While waiting on the customer in front of us, our cashier seemed hazy and fell asleep standing up right in front of us (at 7:30pm) head bobbing, and all... I hope that she's okay."
