"This is not for this location, but the company as a whole. This company is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced when it comes to customer service. I ordered a shirt online, it took over 2 months to arrive. The sizing is inaccurate so I needed a smaller size. I attempted to contact their customer service 3x, each time sat for over 30 mins with no response at all from the company. I just wanted an exchange, but it wanted me to return the product at a cost of $10 and then reorder. I will never order another item when I see it comes from fabletics."

"Would recommend finding a new leggings place (no not cause of the vip that is what it is) but because the legging quality is cheap and has gone down hill. Used to love fabletics but my latest order was so terrible. Terrible quality, terrible holdup, says high waisted but surely isn’t, threads come loose, for the colored leggings, the color is faded and sad. Find a new store this one isn’t worth the price."
