"I entered the store and I was greeted, but It was my first time there. I wasn't sure if they sold plus size clothing. One of the employees were professional. The other one was laughing.. why was she laughing? I thought that was rude !"

"Unpleasant experience as this was my first time in the store. I was never acknowledged; however, I decided I would still try on clothing. After waiting around for five minutes and not being helped with a dressing room, it was proven that my money was not good enough for this store. I politely placed the two items in its original location. Thankfully, I did not totally go out of my way to visit this store as it was the only reason I came to Novi mall. This location has lost a customer. I will go where my dollars are valued."
