"My daughter and her friend we're shopping today at the Novi / Twelve Oaks, MI store and we're totally humiliated --- they we're accused of shop-lifting and the employee searched both of their tiny bags. They had no heavy clothing on nor big bags. They had looked at a hat and we're asked "where the hat was" -- upon that they we're shocked and replied they had put it back with the hats and proceeded to show the employee as they were challenging them and creating a scene. The employee stared at them uncomfortably and was profiling these girls. Not handled at all appropriately. The young ladies never left the store. No sensors that went off. No clowning around or anything to have provoked these are upper collegiate students who were there to purchase merchandise. Just lost long-term customers."

"Love this store. The service completely depends on who is worth that day. I have gone in before and been completely ignored and not had any help, but other times I am immediately treated and helped as much as I need with lots of check-ins and opinions from the workers. This is a small store and it can get pretty loud and crowded at times. Great place to get skateboards or bring in your skateboard to get new grip tape or fix wheels ect."
