"There was some misinformation given to me by a store employee. It involved a balloon delivery. I was told that they could be delivered to Milord Michigan. After ordering 45 helium filled balloons I was told they could not be. The zip code was not in their area (Milford has 2 zip codes, one Brighton delivers to and one they don't) Michelle (manager Brighton 4133) worked with Allison (manager Novi 4124) to transfer my order and make sure these balloons got to my event. I can't thank these ladies enough for going above and beyond to help make my event beautiful. I will forever use Party City for my parties and I will recommend them every chance I get.
