Three young guys were working, playing on their phones ... while my husband went in and helped Ken load the sofa and table..and wrap it—lazy staff. No teamwork. "If you pay for delivery watch the delivery guys. We did not have a positive experience. Things went missing in our garage after the Delivery guys left. We called the store and was total the delivery company is just someone they hire and its simply a he said she said situation. Its a shame we really liked the rest of the experience."

"Went in looking for a new fridge. Mike the salesmen was friendly but did not hover and allowed us to shop. When we had questions he was available and knowledgeable. We got a good deal, delivery and they picked up the old fridge. Would recommend for easy shopping and lots of options."
