"My pipes burst and the water froze under my trailer. I informed them of the situation and they said they would send someone out to work on it. They said there was a $129 fee for coming out, but that fee would be waived if I agreed to have them work on it. The gentlemen (who for the the record, was very polite. This review is for the company itself and not the individual) informed me that because there was frozen water, they could not work on it. I fully agreed to have them work on it, but because of the ice (which I informed them of in the initial call) they couldn’t work on it, and because they were unable to do something right then and there I was stuck paying the fee for someone to show up, say they can’t work, and leave 2 minutes later. This is absolutely disgusting business practice to send someone out for a job you already know in advance you are unable to do, then charge someone for it despite knowing the job can not be done. Again, I want to make it clear - this review is for the business alone and not the individual that was sent to my house. He was nothing but polite and only carrying out his companies policies. But these are genuinely predatorial business practices. Edit: after writing my review I was contacted and issued a refund. However, it should not take a public review to get an issue sorted out. There should have never been a charge in the first place if the job is unable to be done."

"Another excellent experience with this company, start to finish. From the first call to the phone staff, you can tell it’s a professional environment you’re dealing with. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, directing you to the service members who can tackle whatever problem you have. I’ve always been amazed how quickly they can get someone out to assess the issue. This was the second time that Jacob was sent to assess a plumbing concern, and he is just the nicest fellow you’d ever meet. Polite and easy manner, super pleasant. He quickly assessed the problem and scheduled two other nice fellows to come the very next day for the repair. Chris and Nick were equally polite and professional, got the job done well and thoroughly, and explained the new equipment to me in language any layperson can understand. I was happy to see how they took such care in cleaning up with work area after finishing. Finally, another staff person called the next day to make absolutely sure I was happy with the installation and the overall experience. I mean, THAT is professionalism and service at its finest. They really are worth every penny. Once again, I’m very happy with AAA Services, and I’ll definitely call them again!"

"Had a basement flooding situation after a storm. It was caused by a clogged drain which wasn't letting the sump pump do it's job. Got a same day appointment with AAA Service Network. Jake came out and tried several solutions until one worked. He was very friendly, paid attention to my concerns, and gave me several helpful suggestions on how to avoid similar problems in the future. Highly recommended! Avoid big chains. Use this local company that services South East Michigan."

"I had a furnace issue mid Sept 2023. Tim Rusk came out and diagnosed the issue as a blower motor. The diagnostic codes given indicated a different problem, but after doing several tests Tim determined it was the motor. I was with him the entire time he worked on the unit and he explaining everything he was doing/testing and why. He even offered to swap the motor from my second furnace so the broken one (primary unit) would work. It wasn't that cold so I didn't have him do the swap. I felt very confident with his diagnosis. He order the part and he arrived on the planned day with it. It took him a few minutes to install. Tim was great and he made it a good experience. The total price was around $700, but then what is cheap theses days. You probably can find a less expensive repair company, but I doubt you get the same quality service tech. Dispatch was good to call and let me know when I was scheduled and when he would arrive."

"Bad plumbing experience twice with this company. Have had to have them return to correct their mistakes several times. Last service person here this a.m. left the water turned off. How does one check for possible leaks without turning the water on. They have not returned as of 2 p.m. Serviceman says carpet where water leak is is completely dry, not so. Am trying to go out of town, difficult to do without water to wash with. Will send pictures of wet carpet. Too bad it took me 2 experiences & over $6,000 to learn my lesson. I checked with BBB and found out they are not an accredited business. That speaks for itself."
