"OVERPRICED. I hardly ever shop here. Came with my mom and grandma since they were buying items for my sisters birthday party. My mom left empty handed, but my grandma got one item to go with her gift that we got her. Otherwise I don't shop here."

"Went to return something but didn't have my receipt. The lady at checkout was extremely rude. The lead on shift is the only reason this isn't a 1 star. The lead was able to help me do the return. We did go back into the store to purchase something else and had to check out with the rude lady, rude lady didn't greet us, didn't thank us, didn't even bother to hand me my receipt. After i had to grab my own receipt and Before I took the 15 seconds to put my stuff back in my bag she had already started ringing someone else out and gave them their total before i was even out of the way for them to proceed with their transaction. . Based on customer service alone I would not come back to this store. I've only been I'm this store a handful of times and had never been treated that way. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in any store I've been in."

"The store had 5 employees working. Online showed a 14-16 Sally costume available, but it wasn't in the shelf area. We asked the lady working with the red shirt on about it. She explained it is somewhere in a box in the back, so you will have to wait a few days. We told her that we drove an hour and needed it this weekend. She just said sorry."

"I ordered a bundle of balloons and a number six balloon, all with helium for pickup. I arrived at the correct time and followed the link that was texted to me and the prompt to let them know I want curbside delivery. I sat for 10 minutes with no updates or employees coming out so I went into the store and there were two employees working on orders and mine was sitting there. I told them my name and pointed to my balloons in the bag. When I got to my daughter's birthday party I removed the bag and all of the balloons were air (not helium) besides the number six balloon. My daughter and I were so disappointed. I won't be returning."

"I'm not sure what's been going on in their womens restroom to crater the floor tiles like that, but it's a bit unnerving. Dirty and from what my husband told me the men's room was worse. There's a sign saying to let employees know if the restroom needs attention, but I doubt anyone there is authorized to give it the attention it actually needs."
