"I was a victim of identity theft and my debit card (which my autopay was linked to) was canceled. I called the location on McKinley and they were so kind, they sent someone to my work to pick up cash from me because I couldn’t get away from work to make the payment. Never have I ever worked with a company that cared about customers that much and wanted so badly to help. The gentleman who came in to my work was super friendly and it was all around a great experience!"

"This particular location is the pits. Ellis, the manager, is the absolute worst. Especially if you are employed by him. He fired my husband for being late on his payment for a stove. He constantly belittled my husband for being poor. We needed him to sign a paper for FSSA for my husband to keep his health insurance, AND HE REFUSED!!! He lied to unemployment to prevent us from getting help while we needed it. He's just all around a terrible person. Avoid this location at all costs."

"Initial experience was great and ease of getting the agreement set up and furniture delivered was incredible. However, that’s where the positivity ends. I’m extremely unhappy with the fact that I’ve made all my payments on time and never had a payment bounce and yet my payoff amount went up. I will never be back once this agreement is paid off and I plan to tell others that the system you run is basically legal extortion to nickel and dime good customers and milk every penny out of them that you possibly can. 0/10 do NOT recommend."

"My favorite rent a center store. The guys are always very professional, and the manager is awesome as well. I’ve purchased 3 different times and was pleased each time. Also a huge shout out for making sure customers were taken care of during the pandemic."
