"Got my daughter’s haircut here yesterday and the hairstylist had to bring my daughter back to her chair 3 times before we were rang up to cut pieces she missed. After I got home I found more pieces and then I straightened her hair to see the mess and even more was long."

"Rather than help customer find item You're trying to force them to order online so they have to pay shipping and handling or delivery fee. Example I'm in the store I'm requesting a help finding the item you refuse to. But if I were to order online it's magically ready at 8:00. I don't enjoy that and when I called it out and explained it you got bent out of shape. The worst customer service I am seeing here lately please nip that in the butt. That means make it stop The poor customer service."

"We visit here occasionally for grocery shopping. It's busy but not as chaotic as the Niles Walmart. The back bathroom near technology is convenient for families with children. My small kiddo appreciated being able to wash her hands and reach the soap on her own. They were out of a few grocery items (salsa for example). I went to pick up a pre-made eggroll and a lady grabbed ALL of them as soon as I walked up. Some customers are pretty rude. We were using the self checkout with the large belt and having trouble paying with a Vanilla Gift Card and the kind employee came over and helped us. They need more employees like him! Overall, will probably return out of necessity."

"Managers don’t care about employees and any issues that correlate with the job You can be a child predator and threaten active associates but god forbid if they’re banned within 8 months Don’t have anyone die while working here because it’ll be compared to Sigurds dog or if you’re in electronics don’t mention anything to Greg because of how Greg is he can get away with disrespecting your deceased because the team leads knows that’s just how Greg is Managers love the power trip of controlling people and you can definitely witness it here so I advise to look elsewhere"

"Honestly I haven't been to Walmart in quite some time and I'm so disappointed that I even wasted my time let alone my money. I understand how hard it is to find good employees nowadays but when items don't ring up for $6 because they're on clearance or on the wrong shelf or something I was always told that they have to honor that I got charged $22 because an entire rack was priced wrong. IDC about the money the rude attitude from "Nikki" let alone her response when I was just trying to let her know was very inappropriate and unacceptable as a manager or employee. Plus the store was entirely disorganized. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with my visit."
