"I asked a young lady at your customer service desk if she could call someone to restock the 40 lb. bags of Country Mix Bird Food since the pallet was empty. She replied “They check the aisle on a regular basis and right now they’re probably busy doing other things”. I then reminded her that I was a customer who just wanted to buy something. Hello? Who trains these people?"

"Awful experience. We purchased a brand new fridge from their store and we were told they’d do a final inspection on it before it was delivered to us. It came with about a 10 inch scratch and a small dent in the door. Called them to explain the situation, and they offered “touch up paint” but no money off. Unfortunately that will be my last purchase from them, and I’ll tell everyone I know about the experience as well. Awful store, even worse customer service."
"I’m no fan of big box stores. The service is slow if you can even find any. In most departments, this store is no exception. So I was at best apprehensive about buying cabinets and countertops here, but they had an affordable style that I liked. Voila! Darren Woodcox took care of me and went above and beyond. He was responsive, accurate and professional at every turn. It’s guys like him that can change my opinion of big box retailers. Well done."
