"Update: After I posted my experience at this store, it took the “management” three weeks to get back and the associate who gave a call back to rectify the issue was incredibly rude and dismissive. Almost as though he hated his job and just wanted to be done with it. He kept saying that I had an “altercation” with the sloppy manager who attacked me first. I repeatedly corrected him and told her that she was rude and was the one who had an altercation with me. He ended up ordering a refund for my items (one that I didn’t fully receive) Im proud of myself, for not stooping to the manager’s small level, but the way the store handled the situation says everything I need to know. Apparently, they tolerate discriminatory behavior and that is exactly why they will never see a dime of my money or business again. Shame on you, Party City."

"Emily was an ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER when I stopped by earlier this week in search of party supplies and—strange for June, I know—some foam tombstones for my friend's birthday celebration. After mistaking me asking for "gravestones" with "rave stuff," which was due to hilariously bad pronunciation on my part, she was happy to go in the back room and scrounge up two tombstones that were absolutely perfect for the occasion. She well and truly saved the day!!"

"Had a baby shower today and ordered balloons from Party City in Grandville. Our delivery drivers beat us to the venue by about 10 minutes and was willing to wait until we arrived. The balloons were beautiful!"
