"I was in there for just some leaf bags, and it not being the season for them to be out, they were far back and up high, they made it a priority to get me the 4 packs I wanted, had to wait at the service desk while they got them, and was asked 3 or 4 times by different people if I was being helped. I very much appreciated the customer service here."

"Disappointing delivery experience, yet again. Honest mistake by staff; they didn't load half of my order on the truck for delivery team, so my contractors are onsite ready for work based on confirmation of the delivery time. Because they outsource their delivery services, they have literally no control over rescheduling at a specific time so it's costing me personal money not once, but twice. While I try to balance my spend between HD and Lowes, I'll now move all of my purchases through Lowes thanks to this stores inability to make it right. A refund of my delivery fee doesn't cover my contractor costs in delays. It's a drop in the bucket for them but I'll tell anyone who will listen that this store cannot make their mistake right, the right way."

"Typically a good time. Normally a good experience. Though the last time I was looking for fence pickets and all they had were extremely moldy, nasty, and smelt pretty bad for pressure treated. . I'm surprised they even have them out. Had to go to Menards to get clean usable products"
