"The pharmacist assistant or Walgreens employee younger male was very rude, was not helpful. Told me I needed to go inside the store, I go inside to “sign” for my script and they had no idea what I was signing, said it was 1st for Medicare, which I don’t have and then said it was for the script itself. Also when I first walked into the window he continued to have his personal conversation with a fellow employee. Me and my family have been coming to this location for years. We will not be back. Thank you to the actual pharmacist for taking the time to try to help. People in customer service though should really do better."

"I’ve been coming here for two years out of convenience and had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. They aren’t consistent. They have counted my medication incorrectly at least three times and they aren’t apologetic. They fix the mistake and send you on your way. Some of the pharmacist’s at this location are very unkind. I highly recommend you avoid this pharmacy however inconvenient that is for you. The alternative is much worse."

"They've tried, really. Usually got our stuff within mere hours. But last time we had to visit my family and got rapid tested for Covid, the results never came in. Over 24 hours later I called and provided my information, and they sent me my results... from over 3 weeks ago. Nothing on the test from the previous day. Shameful."

"I tried to talk to the manager Warren to get a issue taken care of and Warren didn't want to hear me out. After interrupting me and telling me that he doesn't control the machine that prints out the coupons. I nicely told him that wasn't the issue and still refused to help me. He told me bit to interrupt him when he was speaking. So when he was done, I asked if it was okay for me to talk and he just started at me. I said can I talk now. He then says that I want to be rude to go do my return at another store. I told him that if he wasn't happy doing his job that maybe he needed to find another one. He seemed bothered and asked why his work ethic was brought up. I'm pretty sure being a manger at a store your work ethic is in question everyday. I have never in my life been so mad. I want to let everyone know to not go to this store so you too won't be treated badly by the manager Warren."
