"I have been going to Dollar General located at 3125 28th St Grandville Michigan for years. I must say I have never been treated as rudely as I was today. I was being assisted by a very nice sales lady with a pair of headphones. I was looking at a few different types. The sales clerk was wonderful in showing me different options.When out of nowhere a clerk named Kara appeared and told me to leave the area. She said the headphones I was interested in where the cheaper ones on the shelf over there. I reiterated to her that the nice clerk was infact showing me the correct product. She insisted I leave the expensive area. I wasn't allowed to be there. I again am flabbergasted as to how I was treated. I was also told by Kara that I couldn't even look at the cord type attachment on the item without purchasing it first. Is this truly standard practice for Dollar General? I'm embarrassed for the nice clerk who tried to assist me before Kara stepped in. How degrading for her as well as myself. Sincerely Tracy Niemi"
"Went to this Dollar General store in Granville to get helium balloons for a party. The store is not kept up in as clean, a shapI as I would have expected. However, the single clerk that was working there this morning was extremely helpful and pleasant."
"Good prices and decent variety. Very little effort spent to keep facility clean and enjoyable to visit. Pretty filthy consistently. Pro-tip, don’t ever use the restrooms. Ever."
"Love this store and all the employees that have been through there. Always greeted by the employees and able to find items on the shelf that other dollar stores, ran out of, or didnt have. The shelves are always fully stocked and there is always more than what I was looking for, finding it's way into my cart. I have always been able to get everything from household to food items without disappointment. My final shopping experience was when I went in and asked for boxes in desperation. Not only did they help me, but went above and beyond. That is the best way to show fantastic customer service."
"I love my dollar general, I shop there at least three times a week. Everyone is so nice to me, the employees are fantastic! Eric, the manager, Melanie,Tom, Chris,Abby, Eva & all the other people who work at this store. I hope all of them are there for a very long time. I only shop at this location, because they help me with counting my money, I am not very good at it so to me, I will only shop at this location"
