"I special ordered a F150 in January 2023. The truck was not delivered until end of August. Ernesto reached out to my husband via phone and email the day it was delivered.. my husband who was deployed at the time was not able to forward me that email until 3 days later. I called Ernesto who transferred me to Cheryl. I explained that my husband is deployed and would not be able to sign papers until the following week, in the mean time to draw up everything that needs to be done, so the day he gets back he can sign papers. Cheryl never returned my calls or emails.. I called Ernesto to see what’s going on and he tells me good news we have trucks on the lot, not yours.. we sold it to some else. I was LIVID. If I wanted a truck the day I went into the dealership, I would’ve bought me a truck.. but I wanted it custom for a reason. I reached out to Cindy Gorno who acted concerned (but truly did not care) - and said she would handle it.. Ernesto calls me back the following day stating he has a basic model on the lot. AGAIN, I special ordered a truck for a reason. Never heard back. I got no apology, just excuses. I will never be returning. I will take my business to Southgate Ford and stick with Laura. Shes honest. She is the sales lady we’ve gone to for our past 3 vehicles. Laura used to work at Gorno."
