"Every time we bring are cars in it's never done On the day they give you. This is the second time in two weeks that my part still has not came in. So I went to the auto parts store and they had all my parts in stock. What is the hold up that you guys cannot get parts in but everybody else. You've cost me two weeks extra on a rental car with no reimbursement. And then they have my truck mixed up with somebody else. Cost me another week with a rental car. So we'll see if it's done again this week. I'm getting tired of hearing. It'll be done on Tuesday. Just to call and tell me it's gonna be another week cause the park still has not came in. It's getting old and it's getting expensive"

"I went in at 8a to get my oil changed and tires rotated and was greeted by Hunter. He was very polite and professional. My vehicle was in and out with 45 minutes. I will continue to come here for all my vehicle needs."

"Originally took my Charger for a quote on body damage repairs. They were able to provide a quote promptly. I made an appointment to have work completed and dropped my car off at the arranged time. I called about a week later to check in with the progress and was told that they had no record of the quote for repair. They were able to provide another quote matching the original however. The repairs were completed after ~3 weeks. Pros: The body work was completed, and looks alright. Cons: There was a lack of communication and organization. I was never informed that they would be utilizing recycled/used parts. I was told multiple times that my employee parts discount would be deducted when I paid for everything at the end, however when paying, I was told because used parts were utilized, my discount did not qualify. Much of my original door trim was in very good condition and could have been reused, but was instead replaced with dirty and worn used pieces."

"The response and quickness of the service was great. I left my vehicle for the week as I was traveling out of town and it was completed first thing Monday. One thing that would have been nice is for the vehicle to have been washed. A previous dealership I had used prior to moving always ran the vehicle through the car wash. Also upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, there were only a couple other customers in the service area to checkout and there were 3 service representatives there. One was on the phone, one was assisting another customer and the other was doing absolutely nothing causing 2 of us to have to wait for a while. After several minutes he announced he was going to lunch while 2 of us were still waiting to be checked out. What is up with that?"
