"Ordered a washer and dryer, the delivery men came and dropped my washer on its side on concrete, still brought it in, left my pipes leaking, had to chase them down in the snow with my socks on, didn’t put the legs on my dryer left it completely sitting on the basement floor flat so I can’t even lift out up to install the bottom piece or stabilizer legs. They didn’t do any test runs they still came upstairs said everything looked good like I was stupid. Had to have someone else come back and swap it out. Still have to call again as I just noticed the legs not on it and I can’t lift to do it myself. Do not pay for delivery service!!! IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY."

"This place is an absolute joke, never try and get something delivered from here. I was given a time frame of 8am-12pm for my delivery, it never came and nobody called me. I called customer service and was told they were running behind and someone would follow up with me. A half hour later the store calls me and says the driver will be at my house in an hour and a half, this was at 1pm. 330pm rolls around and still nothing. After being on hold for nearly an hour and bounced around to about seven employees trying to speak to a manager, the delivery people call me and say a half hour they will be here. Store says nothing they can do, wait until end of the day (5pm) and if it doesn't show up call back so i can reschedule and sit home for another 9 hours waiting another day! As of 410pm driver's still aren't here! I will never deal with this store again. This is beyond ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. People don't have days to just waste sitting around on your deadbeat delivery drivers that never show up. Non-existent customer service, which you'd expect great service when buying such a large item."

"Store 2765 has some of the worst management I've ever seen as a customer. And their ast store manager Yolanda on more then one occasion I've noticed her on her personal phone walking the store being rude to customers. Along with Steve down at the pro desk he's completely unprofessional he speaks to his female coworkers like they are beneath him. I witnessed him speaking to a female cashier in lumber calling her names right in front of other customers. This store has lost my business. I don't recommend shopping here."

"Went to Lowe’s in Woodhaven, MI to look for a fan. A lady at the service desk said if any were out, they would be on aisle 30. My husband and I looked and no fans were there. We were looking around thinking if they had any leftover fans were would they put them, when Charles asked if he could help us. We said we needed a fan and the type we were looking for. He said if we wanted to wait he would look in receiving. it took him 15 minutes but bless his heart he brought 2 up and let us pick which one we wanted. Thanks Charles for going out of the way to help and then going the extra mike to get what we needed! What a super guy!"

"Needed a door lock, saw one in a display I liked. Looked and didn't see it on the shelf. After watching for a store associate I started walking around the near by isles. Finally seen a worker. I asked him to help me find this locket set. He checked and said it's not available anymore. Soo I opted for the more expensive one similar. Headed to checkout. One register only at the contractor area was open and backed up. I waited 5-10 minutes then set my item down and walked out. I'll drive to Menards or Home Depot before I step foot in Lowes again!"
