"Can't ever get an online order correct. In store, at customer service, ladies are rude, impatient, and NOT helpful at all! Pick up orders from app is the same. I received half of my $250 grocery order, then I received half of someone else's order. I I caught it while they were loading and they had the nerve to tell me to just keep what was in my truck because they already loaded it and then I had to sit and wait another 20 minutes for them to get the rest of my order. Needless to say I ended up with more strawberries than I knew what to do with! Such a waste."

"3 days before Christmas and they have no staff. I did a pick up order at 3pm it's was delayed so I drove 30min home. At 6:30 it said ready. I drove 30 min back only to sit waiting for 2 hrs!!! Then this is the best part they canceled my order! I had to leave my dog in my car (not a good idea) go in and shop after waiting2 hrs. But it doesn't end there. They only had 1 cashier!!!! 3 days before Christmas and the day before a winter storm and they have 1 cashier! The management of this store is horrible! This is ridiculous! I'm currently standing in line and it's now 10:30pm and I still have a 30 min drive home. Also the store is completely destroyed you can barely walk."
