"Kim is always smiling and friendly, and who doesn't love that? I've come to recognize her, and love when she waits on me. I would however, like to recognize another employee, Joe. I was looking around when he offered without my asking if he could help me find anything. I loved that! And I told him so. These 2 employees are truly wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This place is always clean and I have had great experiences with associates being helpful and available when needed. Just wish they would've double checked for the alarm tags and saved us a trip back after Christmas. No ones perfect and I will still be a customer though."

"I love the location of the Kohl's Woodhaven MI store. The store is located in a large shopping area, one from I -75 free way and other major streets. Kohl's offers a large selection of quality items for every room of the house. Fashionable clothes for men,women,children and they offer Amazon return services. Great sales throughout the store and wonderful experience staff."

"If you plan to do your Amazon returns here, pack your patience and kindness. I would suggest the Kohls employee, Trish, to do the same. The holiday season is upon us and the lines for Amazon returns are already rapidly growing. Today, was a relatively long line and I witnessed Trish look at all of us who were standing in line, and roll her eyes at us and proceeded to do a dramatic sigh. I make many returns and Trish is typically working so this is not the first time I have witnessed her annoyance with doing her job."
