"You will get surprise bills. Estimates are wildly inaccurate and they will not update you about the response they receive from your insurance. They billed me and my insurance for a procedure that did not occur. They pressured me into regular cleanings with them (much more expensive than average) by saying they wouldn't help me if something went wrong with my implant unless I used their office. My insurance does not cover implants but had I known they had this expectation that I would use them for general dentistry I would have gone through a different provider. Very unfortunate how they take advantage of people who are concerned about their oral health through their deceitful tactics."

"I do not recommend this office. I had very bad experience here. I had periodontics issue. Then one of previous dentist recommend me to here. I called office to make appointment (March 31, 2023) and would like to make sure they need reference from my current dentist office and make sure my insurrence will be in-network. The front desk told me my insurrence is in-network. Then I made appointment and head to office and had service. After service, I paid $45 copay. Then the ladies talked about the treatment and estimate the cost. They do the estimate according to my insurance will cover it. Later, I received the bill and I need to pay $100 dollors becasue my insurance denied the service. Then I found I was cheated by them. I called their office. They said I had too much exam in one year and insurrance compay denied and the manager told me they do not accept my insurance. They only accept Delt. It is so tricky, I called them and ask wether their office would accept ciga insurance. They said yes and they even checked my insurance and estimate next service. Right now they told me they do not accept my insurance. They even warned me if I do not pay $100 and they will ask collector agent to ask from me."
