"Took my daughter here & she loved the doctor but unfortunately they stop seeing patients if they have to reschedule. Unfortunately my mother fell at work & compromised her spinal cord & was rushed in to surgery but I still called 8 hours before our scheduled appointment to switch the appointment. I called 3xs to reschedule & nothing then received a letter stating they weren’t a good fit with our family! Things happen in life ! We never missed one appointment & we were never late . It’s disgusting knowing how little they care about the people who keeP them in business!"
"Dr Sam is WONDERFUL! He is knowledgeable and handles children well. My daughter screamed her first visit. He was so patient and professional. She got her teeth cleaned, a little prize and was able to put her name on the no cavity tree! The office is beautiful and the staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating! I wouldn’t take my children anywhere else! This Dentist’s Office comes highly recommended"
"Very welcoming dentist. Paintings on windows kids loved. Wonderful staff. Dr. Sam was very informative telling me every option. They also kept saying “whatever I’m comfortable with” after everything and that was very reassuring that I chose the right dentist for my kids! Also have books for kids in waiting area. "Dr Sam and the entire office staff are incredibly kind and professional. Taking kids to the dentist is easy here! We are a large family with lots of personalities and anxieties. Each of us is happy here. Kids feel safe and comfortable and comforted, if necessary. Parents feel heard and understood. Emergencies are handled well. Even after hours! Routine visits are handled well. Always a good experience!"
