"The dentists are phenomenal. The hygienists are helpful, one is a little rough on the mouth, but otherwise very thorough and worked great with my kids. The majority of the front office staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I was initially upset that I completed the online paperwork and was told it could not be found so I had to redo it. Waste of my time. The second time I went in another individual was able to find the online paperwork I completed and apologized for the confusion. However, my reason for not recommending this office and considering not returning ourselves is the RUDE checkout woman. She behaves as if patients are bothering her and flat out told my husband she was too busy to check him out! When asked about a referral with our hygienist she didn’t bother to look up from the computer screen and told us she didn’t have anymore and we would have to write it down. All she gave was a last name and continued to act as if she was too busy to engage. She is seriously lacking in the customer service department and is a turnoff on continued business. There are plenty of other dental offices in the Canton area and I recommend searching before dealing with her attitude, lack of care, and poor engagement."

I moved to the area about 2 years ago and was looking for a new dentist when a friend recommended this place, so I tried them out and I love it here. I always have the best experience when I go to Lifetime Dental because all the staff are welcoming, attentive, and truly put the patients first. The dental hygienists are kind and professional but always take the time to get to know you on a personal level, which I love and appreciate. Dr.Malerman is fantastic as well and very professional. His recommendations are awesome, and he has helped me to not be so self-conscious about my smile. Highly recommend!"
