"Everyone in this office is really nice and professional. There was one issue with the Hygienist (Melissa). I’m sure she’s probably good at her job, but she’s very rough when it comes to cleaning and lacks empathy when she causing pain. I get the fact that sometimes as professionals you have cause pain to help your patients, but her bedside manners could use some compassion and professional development as well as a bit of an attitude adjustment."
