"If there is an option to write negative review, I would do that. i went to the office in early Oct and did my impression. after more than 4 months i still don't have my retainer. The Canton office would not pick the phone, it's hard to get hold of them. when i got hold off them couple times they said let find out and give you call back, no one ever called back. They setup my appointment and when i go there they says who setup your appointment we don't have your stuff. This happned few times they setup my appt and i come back with nothing. They took my money in for Invisalign and after 4 months i don't have my Invisalign or neither they answer my phone. The worst service i ever seen."

"Awful customer service at the reception. I am extremely disappointed by the unpleasant attitude of the front desk to deal with us as a patient. This would be my last visit at Dental Works. A link was sent out to me to make a payment and the link did not open. When I called up the office, I was told that she does not know about the link and I have to come to the office to make the payment or make it on phone. I just called to ask for a payment ID so that I can make my necessary payment. She said that she does not know the payment ID and she does not know where the link was generated for. Someone who is working for the office is supposed to either know how a customer can make the payment or if they don’t know, they should at least have the courtesy to find out. All she told was that ‘I DO NOT KNOW.’ I hope they resolve this issue so that I do not have to go there anymore and deal with such a petty issue."

"I was skeptical of going today since I hadn’t been in a while and my dentist & assistant were no longer there…. KALA took my X-rays & did my cleaning and she was the Absolute Best Ever! I hate X-rays because I always get scratches. Not this time, Kala was EXCELLENT her technique and gentle touch made my experience one of the best I’ve had when talking about dental visits. If you need a cleaning ask for Kala the Queen of Clean Teeth! I’ll be back to add comments on the actual dentist for my next appointment, but as far as I can tell she’s professional & detailed and I like her thus far. Front desk staff is beautiful and pleasant and helpful when scheduling and making payments. My visit was excellent!"
