"Not sure what some of these bad reviews are about. This place can be very busy during the sick season so the doctors, nurses, and receptionists are understandably spread thin sometimes, and the wait times are sometimes long. Every staff member I've ever dealt with has been kind and professional. The waiting area and patient rooms are always very clean. Dr.Malik is the man, very calm and knowledgeable. Both my boys always feel very comfortable when we visit. If your children's health is your number one priority and you can have patience with the wait times then I highly recommend bringing them here."
"The receptionist.... Where do I start? RUDE! To say the least.... completely unprofessional. And should be ashamed of herself! Social means can destroy lives so quickly these days.... You should act accordingly."
"I have found both doctors and the nurse practitioner to be knowledgeable, understanding and very good at communicating with me (addressing concerns of my toddler). I appreciate the patient support and assistant's happy-to-do-it attitude. Nora is always extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. I'm always promptly scheduled and promptly taken into a clean and tidy room. I'm very glad to have found them!!"
