"I went in a couple months ago. Was told they were going to order my item, filled out an application and then was told it should be in on a specific day. I then proceeded to go back to the store because I had not received a call. They proceeded to tell me they lost my order and application and told me they were not even the place that would service my order even if they did have it. This is something they could have told me when I placed the order. I went online and replaced the order and was promptly call when it came in to the right store based on my location. I will never deal with this location again if i ever move back to the Westland area."

"Norman is awesome, but only issue I have is when you have literally paid off thousands and I means thousands of dollars in merchandise and need a bit of extra time to make a payment, it's like the end of the world and you get 10 calls a day and people banging on your door or sitting outside your house for 40 minutes! I love this store Norman is an awesome employee, but if you need an extra couple weeks to level of your payment it shouldn't stress you out! They should work with the customer that has been buying items for 7 years, all paid in full and most likely buying more! I always pay off on time and 99% of the time all payments are on time, but when you are late its borderline harrassment! And I don't think they should be calling after or before hours either!"

"We are nearly done with our initial lease, but we were very well taken care of by Norman at this Aaron's location. One of the televisions suddenly went out and Norman immediately gave us a temporary replacement while it was being repaired. The staff is always kind and informative."
