"I placed a mobile order this morning for 7:24am pickup. The store was slammed they had over 30 mobile orders alone. These ladies were amazing! The manager stayed organized and communicated with the customers and staff politely and stayed calm. The whole team stayed calm worked like a well oiled machine and got orders out quickly. "I understand you guys being busy, i have worked in food. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel syrup and a blonde espresso shot. The lady who made my drink assured me that my espresso was in my drink, well it wasn’t nor was the caramel syrup. I was charged for the espresso. Can you please double check that you got the order right, before you hand them out."
