"This is an updated review 2/13/24 still terrible service. 1 waiter for the entire seating area. I originally loved this location however in the past year and half or so (before covid) this location has been in a downward spiral of service, quality and management I continued to try and give them another try ( 4 separate occasions) but continue to be disappointed and the lack of available worker's is not the whole issue as every restaurant and business nearby seems to manage at acceptable levels leading me to believe management has to be responsible I will not be returning to this location!"
"Went in for lunch with my wife. The baked potato soup was great! I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. Char grilled to perfection! Sat in the bar area because it was early afternoon. Everything was great except one loudmouth ASSHAT with his friend at the bar. We were getting ready to ask to be moved, but they were on their way out. Not a very good representation of the company that they worked for, Climate Pros. They were anything but pros! Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars on the atmosphere."
"First let me start off by saying we LOVE the chili’s brand and have never had issues previously. Today I ordered for curbside pickup, it came out quickly, but unfortunately I didn’t check the order before I left. I ordered 2 queso’s. 1 skillet queso & 1 queso blanco. Not only was the queso blanco completely missing from the order the skillet queso was barely half full. Overall very disappointed with the location and won’t be back."
"This location is very convenient. The only bad part is that they're short staffed so you have to be patient. I've been to this one quite a few times for lunch and drinks, which was always very good."
