"This is one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Garbage everywhere. When you pull up to the window, it is absolutely filthy below it. This is not an eat in McDonald's, so I can't imagine how bad it is inside. More often than not, you have to pull around and wait. It has been like this for quite a few years. Only go out of food desperation."
"Waited 10-15 minutes for being the only car in line, wrong food when it was handed to me, watered down drink practically was slightly colored water. Went to get food corrected they tried to give me half the order this time instead of the whole meal. When i got the correct food finally the burger was cold and fries had no salt what so ever on it. Will not be coming here anymore, go to the one in dix/southfield"
"Not my favorite location, service and quality can be hit or miss, and I think pretty much everyone realizes that McDonald's isn't fast, value, quality, and even the rewards program isn't as good as it once was. I have had experiences at this location that caused me to phone corporate and/or take the survey to report issues. All that said, this location was near a destination and on this visit my food was 1 good sandwich and 1 that was slapped together with no signs of care."
"This used to be good. Now it’s on the avoid list. Nobody taking orders at second drive thru lane. After multiple cars went through first lane, I drive to the pay window and gave order. At pickup, sent to wait area for just a coke and dbl cheeseburger. Waited forever there. Wasn’t even busy, but ‘fast food’ took half an hour."
"There was about three or four cars in front of me. This is my first time coming to this McDonalds. I was on my way to visit a friend I haven't seen in awhile. Took me less than 15 minutes to get through. And my food was hot and fresh! The co-worker was very friendly and said she appreciated me and told me to have a good evening :-) excellent customer service. She had red hair and glasses. She deserves employee of the month. Thank you for the great courteous service"
