"I love this location. They are always so quick and friendly. There have only been a couple times my stuff wasn't right and they have more than made it right. This Dunkin is an example of what the food service industry should always be like. I go there every morning for my work coffee."
"Some of the worst people work the drive thru. They were out of lids for a week and a half. They were out of XL cups for a week. Emma, the person who takes your order, will cut you off multiple times during your order. After I gave my order, I was perturbed, to say the least. The lady at the window made the comment “I’m gonna do you like you do me” after I took my card back from her to put back in my wallet and didn’t get the chance to say “thank you”. Be wary of the positive reviews about this place. The employees watch these reviews and they will comment and give themselves 5 star reviews."
"I always stop here for my daily coffee but that will no longer be the case after my latest visit, I bought an iced coffee and when I got home I found a strand of hair in my coffee. I literally wanted to throw up when I saw it, I’m lucky I took a second to stir the coffee before taking a sip which is how I found a long strand of hair sitting there. I don’t want a discount or a refund. Practice basic sanitation, its not that hard."
