"Just took 10 minutes for a simple coffee order, clarified over and over again what I wanted and it still came out wrong. Have never seen a coffee shop struggle so hard on an order that didn't follow the menu. I would have gone back for a refund but it took so long to order they made me late for an appointment with undrinkable coffee."

"I’m not one to go out of my way to leave a review, but my visit this morning was quite unpleasant. I went to this location because it’s close to my work and the service at the one by my house is so slow. At every other location I go to whipped cream is included with ice coffee. After seeing there was none, I asked if they would add it. The girl acted annoyed and said it’d be an extra charge. I also got a bragel and asked for just the cream cheese and egg. They repeated “no regular cheese, right?”…well, I still had sliced cheese on my sandwich. I will not be going back to this location."
