"Stopped in for lunch. Parked, walked in and 3 people were in line. Line went quick. Ordered with no issue. Grabbed the biggie bag and was delighted to find all food hot and the JBC was one of the best I've experienced in 20 years ordering it. Bonus: they didn't forget my BBQ for the nuggets. Management was on their team for quick execution on both drive-thru and inside orders. Keep it up Wendy's!"

"The worst Wendy's I have ever been to! The cashier did not know how to run the ordering and was making mistakes. that caused backups and wrong orders. the manager did nothing to help him and he was VERY flustrated and just started pushing buttons. we ordered two meals and got plain sandwhiches and salted fries. (asked for unsalted) I talked to one employee in the dining area and told her the problems. Rather than helping, she just walked off. I understand that hiring is hard nowadays. But you will find the good ones will leave if you keep the bads ones. Which do you want? Please avoid this location at all costs! Enter at your own risk. I can only imagione what is happening in the back!"

"You need to update your store hours to accurately reflect what times you will be open. Your hour said you would be open till 11 PM. But I'm here at 10:15 PM and you are closed. Would be helpful if you have did open Sin 2 begin with, but it would also be helpful if you would stay open during whatever hours you have posted."
