"Portion sizes misleading; lot smaller than advertised. Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl (see picture). Wife got chicken salad sandwich. There might have been a tablespoon of chicken salad on her sandwich."

"Got a cup of soup which was half full (my wife's cup of soup was full). Order a drink because they said they had green tea...they did but it was loaded with sugar. Why take one of the few healthy things you offer and make it unhealthy."

"I'm an idiot. I keep going back to Panera because my wife for some reason likes this place. Never again. Tonight I spent $17 on a bowl of soup and a grilled cheese. First - I never thought I'd spend $17 on those 2 items - but when I envisioned a $9 grilled cheese I was seeing an Uncle Cheetah's Soup Shop grilled cheese -- or even better -- a Schnitz grilled cheese (both cost less than Panera). What I got was a tasteless cheese sandwich that wasn't grilled (cheese wasn't melted) on basically Wonder bread. How the hell does anybody like this place for those prices. Is it that they've never heard of Schnitz deli (the best sandwiches in Grand Rapids) or Uncle Cheetah's? Seriously, this place just isn't worth what they charge."

"I DO NOT recommend the bacon, Chipotle, chicken flatbread. Very little bacon and chicken. SWIMMING in a sloppy white garlic sauce and a small drizzle of Chipotle sauce. Had to ask for more Chipotle sauce."

"If I could give this specific location a 0 star review I would, but I'll give 1 I guess. I have had multiple bad experiences at this Panera but today was unacceptable. The associates and management always seem stressed or annoyed. Always poor customer service, but even worse food! Almost always cold, or wrong. If you want to customize at all, like no sauce or no onions on a sandwich, it's never done at all. Completely ignored every single time. And for the cashiers, way too rude for the job position, you take an order and cash someone out; it's not difficult at all... most do it with a smile but not here. I'm done ever coming to this location again. The manager Tim and other female manager were rude for me asking for a refund when they got my order wrong once and said my total would be $24 and then it was $14 then I was charged 16.20 on my card... SHADY! Do not spend your money here! I asked for a simple cup of soup ($5) And a half sandwich ($7-8) so 16.20 is not adding up.... When I was not taking no for an answer, they hung up, refused to answer again, and when I called on my fiancé's phone they said they would call the police if I were to call again! Arrested for wanting my money back for disgusting food and TERRIBLE SERVICE! Crazy. Will never be back! And HR has heard from me!"
