"Don’t order online here. I’ve had to wait 45 minutes in the store after having ordered online 20 minutes prior. I came back because I forgot about that and I will never forget again. Been waiting for 25 minutes so far and there’s another lady in here doing the same. The workers gave drive thru and walk in customers their food many times before even asking us about our orders and only making them after we told her. Aside from that I don’t mean to diss the employees because there is clearly a serious issue with management going on. Anyways this is the first review I’ve ever left for anything I just cannot believe how this place is run."

"I made two orders from you guys today. I have been starving all day and have been working. When my first order arrived I was in the middle of helping a resident who had fallen. Instead of the driver leaving the food with our receptionist, he left. I called and called. I called the driver, DoorDash, and the restaurant and nobody answered. I saw the picture of the “delivered” food from the receipt and all that was shown was the drink and not the wrap. I went outside to get the drink and it was not there. I am not sure if the driver took it or what. I am/was desperate to eat because like I stated, I have not eaten anything all day long. I made a second order with the same items, drink and wrap. By some miracle the food gets here, the drink is fine, but someone explain to me why my wrap was cold. Not only that but I also had to split it myself only to see that there was cheese in it, which I don’t eat cheese…but after looking closer I realized that the hard white stuff was my RICE. My rice was/is uncooked and my food is cold. I am so so so upset. I wasted my money. Now I am out $46, and still starving. Please give me my refunds. "The prices are a little high for my taste and for some reason they have their AC set to negative 3 but the food is always good and the staff is kind. Calea is a sweetheart and makes spending your money fun haha. Give that girl a raise!"

"We are visiting Michigan for the first time and just got into town to find our hotel can’t check us in for 3 hours. I’m thirsty so we stop at the tropical smoothie excited for smoothies on this beautiful day. There were no cars in drive thru so we were excited in hopes it would get done so we could spend time in the pool and soak up the sun. Well instead we spent over 30 minutes just to have this experience!; 1. When we entered the drive thru we were immediately asked to wait. That’s fine I understand maybe they had another customer to get. After coming back I asked what flavors they’d recommend and have been popular. The man began to complain and rush me because he expressed this by saying “i don’t know way to put me on the spot” I went ahead and ordered the two limited mango drinks. We were told to pull through. 2. we sat at the window for a minimum of 15 minutes. Which we saw nobody at the register up front at this time and at least two employees walking around. (Of which time we assumed they were making our smoothies before taking payment. WORNG) 3. After 15 minutes we were told our total of over $15!!! For 2 24 oz smoothies! 4. We waited ANOTHER 15 minutes at which time 2 cars were behind us and 2 people at the front register just to have our smoothies shoved through the window at us and the window closed and not a word being spoken to us by the employee. So I just had the worst tropical smoothie experience. If not the worst drive thru experience. If not the worst customer, server experience in my 27 years of life! I myself volunteer at my aunts ice cream place called the Tasty Freeze in my hometown of Montezuma Indiana and we make milkshakes by hand (that taste incredibly better than what I was just served and paid $15! For AND am able to get out 5-10 more customers than these TWO employees within the time I just spent here."

"Had food but we're "too busy and understaffed to serve food". Also didn't say anything before they asked me to wait to order for 10 minutes. I've been kinda iffy on going to Tropical smoothie after all the mismanagement and mess ups I've seen. I'm putting them away for good now. This last experience was simply excruciating."
