"I love the atmosphere in this Bigby. It's warm and lovely inside. The seating is comfortable and homey. I had a hot Butterbear . It was delicious"

"Came in today and ordered a bragel and an iced coffee. The iced coffee was the wrong size (paid for a 24 oz and got a 20) and the bragel wasn't cooked. Everything on it was still cold and the bagel wasn't even toasted a bit. On top of that I waited 20 minutes for all of that"

"Coffee carafe was empty. She handed me empty cup and I had to let them know coffee was gone. I ordered Bagel sandwich and said no cheese. She repeated, no cheese? I said that's correct, no cheese. I got in the car and the breakfast sandwich was slathered in cream cheese. Yuk."

"You are always greeted when you walk through the door. The drinks and coffee are well prepared. Be prepared to wait early morning, but it's worth it. This location can be noisy and cold. The parking lot is a little confusing the first time as it makes it looks like drive through only driving up through the parking lot behind but you can drive past the drive through lane and park in front."

"I have only been to this BIGGBY one time and got a buy one get one free iced coffee with a coupon. Though I love their iced and frozen coffee, the guy that made mine drizzled the caramel all over not only the top, but all over the sides of both of the cups. Would not have been a problem if I didn't have to pick both of them up, get in my truck, and drive with them. Even though their coffee's are really good, I only get one once a year because I think they are way overpriced."
