"I ordered a Big Mac meal. It was suspect but I ate it anyways. That night I had severe food poisoning puked my brains out and diarrhea. I’m never eating at any Mac dump ever again."
"I've stopped here twice and both times I had issues with my order. The most recent, last night I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe, which I had to repeat 3 times to the drive-thru attendant (apparently it was hard to understand) which normally comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo. What I got, was a chicken sandwich with (I kid you not) an actual fist full of lettuce (enough for a small salad) no tomato, a burnt, dark brown piece of chicken and so much mayo, there was what you'd expect to find in the sandwich left in the bottom of the box, creating a mayo & lettuce salad under the sandwich."
"Ordered 2 medium coffees and received small ones. When we called to ask why we received smalls the lady who answered the phone hung up 4 times. Once tubby decided she had to actually answer me she said “that is the medium size for iced coffees” despite the cup saying that it is used for Small iced coffees. I’m not sure how a small cup could be a medium what if we ordered a small what would we have received? Terrible service from a manager."
"Every. Single. Time. I’ve had substandard product. Ice hardly blended in the Frappe, so HUGE chunks. Next time, iced coffee was HORRIBLE. no flavor, essentially brown water- I added caramel syrup and there was zero caramel. Can’t even get a sausage egg and cheese bagel that was ordered today. Instead, it’s bacon when the order tag says sausage. Go to biggby or Starbucks if you’re going to spend the money. I paid extra for upgrades and got less than standard quality. I would give zero stars at this point, if it were possible. Highly disappointing location."
