"Dropped by to grab a couple two liters quick. Thought I'd check out at the customer service counter. The "customer service manager" unpolitely refused to check me out if I wasn't buying something FROM the customer service counter! Really? Nobody in line behind me. I told him to keep the pop. I will likely never return to this store. The amount of time it took him to put the pop back on the shelf was more time than it would have taken to check me out there. Ridiculous, and you might want to change the name of that area. I received zero customer service."

"Today is November 10th and it is 6:00 p.m., sent my husband two family fair and he was there at 5:35 p.m. and there was a flash sale going on for butter two was a limit for 16 oz for sticks of butter I set my husband there for two and he made the mistake and only walked out with one and the walked right back in to get the other told him to talk to somebody that maybe once you see your receipt that they'll go ahead and just price override it and the person the man the African American man helping him refused to price adjust one block of butter. Anybody else anywhere else would have just overrode the price of 399 and price adjusted it to $2.99. This is not the first negative encounter I have added this store. And I will be calling the director of the store just as he sat there and suggested I do. Simply ridiculous!"
"I've always found what I've needed when coming here. I'd say 25% of the staff is friendly. However there have been a few workers I've gotten really cold/mean responses from. The most recent wasn't mean but I waited at a self-checkout for about 10 min for help. An older woman from the customer-service desk came over. I kept a smile as I understood they may be stressed. However she didn't look at me, nor say a word to me (eg. no "sorry for the wait"). I got the same service from a few others as well. I mean at least they weren't mean, but my experience here has not felt welcoming. It is the closest store to me though.."
