"700 Stars!!!! We only go to Clinton Township office, and we LOVE Dr. Berry and Noor! We mostly see Noor, the P.A. now. At first we really missed Dr. Berry a TON, because he is so busy that we never get to see him, but Noor is AMAZING, and I absolutely adore Pat in the front office. All of the office staff is very friendly every time we come in and I am so thankful for them all. Thank you, Macomb Peds! "

"I’ve really enjoyed seeing the doctors here but unfortunately have had a few times that one of my children has been sick and I call them and the front desk says “sorry, we don’t take sick patients” what?? You’re a doctors office, you can’t take care of sick patients and you never have day of or even next day availability. Also, we needed after hours care once for my son and the after hours recommendation on their website isn’t even correctly listed. And they know it isn’t but they haven’t edited their site. I’m over it unfortunately, because the doctors are great. But I need better care for my kids."

"My family has been going here for almost 20 yrs. I want here as a kid my siblings went here. My kids went here for the last 8 yrs. And now that all stops because of the incompetence of the office staff. The doctors are great, but the office staff is nothing but a problem. They want to bill be for things I don’t have to pay all because the office staff coded it wrong. Billing won’t even consider listening about it. 20yr relationship down the drain do to the ignorance of the office staff here!!! Very sad!!!"

"The doctors are great in my opinion. Always got answers to my questions and the nurse on call was always helpful in needed situations. However, I am rating lower due to the extensive wait times. Every time we have an appointment at this office I’m expecting the be there no less that a hour and a half. This last time I ended up walking out of our appointment due to waiting so long. After we walked out I got a call to reschedule, with no questions on why we left. Will be going to a new pediatrician after this reoccurring issue."

"The doctors here are helpful and kind but sadly the reception and regular office staff members are some of the nastiest people I’ve yet to encounter in such a professional area for customer service. Taking my 1 year old to Northpointe in Warren now as their staff members are educated and kind. Called this office for an appointment my child had scheduled for the following day, who ever I spoke with laughed at me on the phone, brought up personal stuff not involving my daughters medical treatment, and worst of all made up “laws” in her head and spoke on it as if what she was saying was the truth. Not sure what kind of educational background it takes to get offered a job position here, but seems they pick ignorant and ghetto people to pay them much less than someone with experience and knowledge. Would not recommend seeking treatment for your children here."
