"*Edited after two different times going, over 9 years. What I did like: -A comfortable enviroment and high quality equipment. -The physical therapists that worked with me were professionals who were caring & concerned about about my condition. What I disliked: -Once I was going for therapy, I required certain items like a new orthopedic brace, as my old one was worn out to the point that the hard plastic part was cutting into my skin. The therapists there seemed to think they were powerless to help me get a new one. All that was required was for them to get my primary care physician to write a script for me to get one. I've had no problem in the past with this from a previous clinic I attended. -When I attended therapy, over a few sessions I was instructed on and given many different exercises to do at home. Unfortunately, with the exception of warming up on a stationary machine, my therapy sessions only consisted of these activities I was doing at home. It felt like there was very little purpose in me going there for p.t., if I could accomplish what I did there in my bedroom. -Bronson sucks at timely or informative billing, so around the time I discontinued services I found out I owed $1000 I thought had been covered. I was never informed of any balance at any of the times I went there."

"Having several unfortunate events I've seen them more than once. Staff is always friendly and explains your treatment plan so you're on the same page. Highly recommend."

"My father stayed here after his hip surgery last fall. It took them over an hour to get him his Norco for his pain. The nurses did not lock up their medication carts, they left medications on top of their medication carts there was no nurse near by. I would not recommend this place for anyone to go to post surgery."
