Smoothest blood draw I've ever had. Done within 2 minutes, Kathy got the vein on the first poke. Great customer service as well."

"Made appointment online for fasting blood work. When I got there staff couldn't operate fax machine properly to retrieve order so I had to call office to have them re-send it. Sat for 50 minutes while they realized it was operator error. Staff wasn't very helpful, didn't have any resource phone numbers to assist in expediting solving problem. Couldn't have MRSA test performed because they required an RN to obtain test and there is none on staff there. I only came here because my insurance assigned me to this local lab. Not very professional or empathetic"

"This has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL lab in Kalamazoo! I was there on Monday and because I didn't make an appointment, I had to wait for those that did, and I was unaware that appointments needed to be made. To today I had my appointment, had an email from my employer that the order was faxed, only to be informed that they do not accept drug screens via fax, that my NEW employer must give me a passcode. Then they proceeded to bad mouth my employer. I thanked the lady who helped me get everything straightened out and another lady said "I helped you too, I was just with another client" I just looked at her and she proceeded to walk me to the door arguing with me all the way. With her telling me I wasn't being nice as she helped me as well, but couldn't further because she was with another client, so I should of thanked her as well. I again just looked at her and said "I would have, but you were with another client" She proceeded to argue with me as I was exiting the building. I finally said "It is very unprofessional of you to be arguing with a client leaving the building". That didn't stop her, I finally gave her the "Michigan wave (middle finger extended) and left."
