"I’ve been going to Merit Dental in Kalamazoo for approximately 5 years. Before that I was at Merit in Portage. The dentists and their skills have always met my needs. The turnover in dentists is uncomfortable and I’ve thought of changing to a more stable practice, BUT the support staff and assistants at Merit Kalamazoo are literally the best I have ever seen. Regardless of the dentist, I know the staff will take care of me and my dental needs. The office manager, receptionists, assistants, and hygienists keep me coming back and make life as a senior the best it could be. Thank You"

"I do NOT recommend this office. From the rude front desk manager to the old, outdated, rooms and dental equipment from the early 1990’s. I had a broken tooth and they said to go visit Aspen Dental for fixation. I recommend you do the same. Save money and deal with real professionals at ASPEN Dental on westnedge."
