"I’m only writing a review because I’m not sure who I need to report this matter to. I had a physical therapy appointment today that has been a long time coming because they were scheduled out. My appointment was at 3:15 PM. I arrived at 3:15 I sit in the lobby for five minutes and then the receptionist came and said we need you to fill out these forms, it was like three papers. I filled them out, by this time it’s like 3:25 when I finished. I take them back up to the desk and I ask the receptionist was she waiting on me to finish before she called me back? She said yes, I said well she’s standing right there, so why couldn’t I have finished them in the back? She apologizes and I go sit back down, now a patient is walking out and she stopped to talk to Shelby which is the physical therapist that was going to be doing my evaluation. By this time it’s 3:30 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Shelby stops working on my paperwork to speak to this lady who is telling her a story about a fall she had. Shelby stopped inputting my info to engage in the conversation . At this point I’ve been sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes now, so I go back up to the receptionist, who I ask her how long is the eval going to be? She tells me an hour. I asked if I can reschedule at this point because shelby was dragging her feet and I felt she was being dismissive because she stood there looked me dead in my face and when she noticed, I noticed she had stopped working on my paperwork, to have a conversation with this patient she just put her head down . She never acknowledged me, never apologized, never said she will be right with me and never asked me to come to the back. I have to pick my grand daughter up from the bus stop at 4:20 which would had given me enough had my appt. Started on time.This is unacceptable."

"I cannot say enough good things about the experience that I had here. Alexis and Kim at the front desk are extremely nice and made scheduling, and scheduling changes, a breeze. Zach, Shelby and Kristen gave as much encouragement as they did therapy. I was really hesitant to go and they put me at ease and gained my trust right away. I am getting my life back even better than I could have imagined because they spent the time with me and made putting in the work a little less terrible. I could not have asked for anything better."
