"Only giving a one because of pool and location, Just paid over $600 for the weekend so my kids could swim and I could relax, left a deposit $280 in cash but they took it because of pizza sauce a kid ACCIDENTALLY got on a sheet and was a small spot, left tips for maids who are extremely rude also multiple front desk clerks are beyond rude and so is the security, wont be staying again. Also last year they took a deposit because my grandfather was booked a room from out of state, hes in his 70s mind you, and was 20 mins late checking out and was told he couldnt get his $140 deposit back which was his gas money to get home. This place is a joke and its not very nice."

"The room is large with double beds, but one full bed is sitting on a queen size frame. The table leg is broken and propped in place. I had to straighten it out to keep it from falling over. The microwave doesn't work. The heater cover fell off and their was about 2 pounds of dirt inside of it. The television resets itself every time it's turned back on and has to be cycled through the Hdmi settings to pick up a channel. The old carpet that had been pulled up from other rooms are visible while walking through the halls.... some parts look like you're walking thru a horror movie. In all fairness the bed was comfy and I just needed sleep. The bathroom and room were clean as well. Their also is a non-communicated cash deposit of $140 at check-in."

"Awesome staff. Friendly, courteous and eager to assist you. Restaurant/Bar open 5:30 pm till 10:00 pm. Staff there was terrific as well. Continental Breakfast available 6:30 am. Location is constantly kept clean. Shuttle service to the Detroit Airport is kept quite busy. Indoor Court Yard is refreshing and the Indoor pool is kept clean and easily accessible. This Hotel is a "Kid Friendly" hotel."

"This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They are rude, thieves and terrible at customer service. The first night I stayed was fine, the second day, my power went out. I let the front desk know. They finagled with the light switches and breaker box for about 30 minutes. How ghetto. Still no power. Upon leaving my room, the front desk attendant let me know that she would be bringing me a room key back. An hour went by, she never did. At this point, I am frustrated, because I’ve had to do everything in the dark. My hair as well as other maintenance. I go to the front desk, a half-hearted apology is given. I am given another room key just for the room key not to work. At this point, I am fuming. I go to the front desk and let them know I have been very patient with them and they in turn need to be held accountable for not being of help. They in turn kick me out. What a joke. The next day, I come back for my deposit and the front desk informs me that they don’t want to give it to me. They are thieves and they lack accountability. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel needs to be condemned and SHUT DOWN!"

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded all expectations. Its proximity to the airport, just a mere 6-minute drive, made it incredibly convenient for my travel plans. The spacious rooms were a delightful surprise, offering ample space to unwind and relax. The addition of a pool was a fantastic bonus, even though we didn't have the time to enjoy it. The inclusive breakfast was also a good treat. It had basic options like sausages, eggs, bread, coffee, waffle. Knowing that this was already factored into the stay was a nice touch. What truly impressed me was the affordability of this experience. Despite the high quality of service and amenities, the prices remained very reasonable. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has managed to strike a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability. I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating."
