"Rooms were decent in that they were clean. We stayed on the first floor close to the rear parking side. If you are a family that often picks hotel stays for the free breakfast don't get excited here because the breakfast options or lack of left us feeling highly dissatisfied. No waffle maker and the only hot food options are scrambled powdered eggs and a half frozen microwave bfast sandwich. Oatmeal and toaster available but very few options. The King with pull out couch opt room that we stayed in was definitely a bit cramped for a family of 4, (2 adults 2 kids 6yo. and 9 mo.). Had to move furniture around alot just to set up a pack and play for our daughter. With the pull out extended you cannot get past to the restroom or exiting of the room. Standard amount of towels given but more available upon request. We lost hot water in our room for about 5 mins during a shower, which was definitely a first for our hotel stay experiences. The pool and hottub were decent but heavily crowded most of the time during our stay. Decent amount of snack choices available at front desk although pricey. Front desk attendants were prompt and helpful throughout our stay. One of the ladies even offered our children large bags of fruit snacks while playing in the bfast eatery area after hours."
"I don't understand why others gave this hotel a bad review, my stay and experience was exemplary. The hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet and updated.They front desk took the time and care to explain the parking and shuttle service to the airport. Quick Park is directly behind the hotel and very convenient. Shuttle drivers were top notch. A huge thank you to all involved for making my stay wonderful and worth it. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back."
"We’ve stayed now 3 times in a row in this hotel. Rooms need an upgrade, beds are extremely uncomfortable and the staff is ALWAYS just rude. It feels like they just want to get rid of you and go back to their room in the back. I only stay at Marriott hotels but this one is not one I will be back to."
"Terribly rude guest service. Had to change my first floor room because the hall way smelled like weed and alcohol plus the curtains wouldn't close and you could clearly see the parking lot. I was very nice but the staff were not. Would not recommend."
"MY CAR WAS STOLEN from this hotel's parking lot. My daughter and granddaughter drove my car and stayed at this hotel on the night of 11/25/23 to attend a hockey tournament. On the morning of 11/26/23 my daughter noticed that my car was stolen. Police report was taken. My daughter put in a complaint with the hotel in which the management responded by saying that they are not responsible and that they also reviewed their cameras and did not observe my car being stolen. Well first of all, it is probably because they have no cameras viewing that side of the building according to both hotel staff and the police officers that took the report. Secondly of all, both staff and the police have advised my daughter that there have been numerous occasions with car break-ins at this hotel (unsure if any other cars stolen or not). There comes a time in which the hotel should take better action to help deter crime at their hotel by adding cameras, security staff, etc., especially after knowing about the numerous issues that have been happening there. We are all platinum status members with this hotel chain and have been happy members until this day. Bonvoy has now lost our loyalty. I recommend not staying at this hotel."
