"The absolute worst hotel you can ever stay at. Please help yourself by staying anywhere else. I have been to hundreds of hotels but never half as bad as this one. I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Hotel is nothing like what is promised. The rooms are extremely old and horribly disgusting. I simply asked for one extra towel and one extra blanket and was told there isn’t any. As I was checking out the lady started yelling at me to hurry up because I only have 10 mins left. I’m not in school running late to class. This is not the way to treat an hotel guest. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Stated free breakfast in the description however there is only one thermos of ice cold coffee that tasted old. I strongly advise, DO NOT stay at this hotel. Not even worth the price. Can find better places for the same price. This hotel needs to be shut down asap. The only good thing about the hotel is very close to the airport, however There are plenty of better options."

"This Quality Inn at Detroit Airport is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. I booked the hotel for a quick sleepover before my 830am flight in the morning. Didn’t need anything fancy, just comfortable and hopefully clean. Man, what a mistake. I don’t need to get into details, I’ll just list a few points: 1. Clumps of hair in on top of the shower drain 2. Once turning on the shower, the entire bathroom smelled like Urine! 3. Food and FINGERNAIL clippings under the bedside table 4. The power outlets by the bed did not even work. I would not even stay here if it was FREE, that should summarize how gross this place was. Not to mention the very rude front desk staff. This place shouldn’t even get 1 star in my opinion. I will try to report this location to the health department."

"FIRST and FOREMOST I checked in super late and I came across this VERY BUBBLY personality she was very great! SHOUT OUT TO Kassie!! I was stressed after lots of issues that I had going on that had nothing to do with the hotel. Few things wrong with my room and let's say Kassie used her Girl Scout skills to cover my window up. Wish I would of took a picture it was very out of the box creative. When I went to checkout the following morning It happens to get a larger girl at the desk claims to be the Front Desk Manager (want to say her name is Carmen) RUDE as can be just straight up unapproachable and IF this would of been what I got at check in I would of turned around and cut my losses on the room. She was just very rude to anyone and everyone kept talking on her phone through and ear piece and not worried about customer service!! When asked for some toilet paper was pointed to the wire rack it's back there response. Really if you can't help a guest with customer service then find another job seemed like you didn't want to get off the stool you were sitting on. Housekeeper in the hallway at low end of second floor older lady very sweet and was super friendly and fast on towels and such when I asked for some. Room was you get what you pay for! So I won't make a comment on there I however did not find any extra guests aka critters in my room *Very Thankful* but I found black panties not mine in a nightstand drawer! When this was brought up to the front desk manager response was "what would you like me to do about it?""
